Beauty for Less with American Express

First there was Black Friday, then Cyber Monday. Now you can also add Small Business Saturday to your shopping itinerary. American Express is asking everyone to “pledge to shop small” on November 26 in order to promote small businesses. If you shop small this Saturday and use your AMEX, you will receive a $25 statement credit.

Generally when you think of the after-Thanksgiving-Day sales the first thing that pops to mind is televisions, electronics, clothes, etc. Beauty is not usually on sale. This year, Pucci Salon has teamed up with American Express to make beauty one of your top priorities. There’s a saying “beauty is in the eye of the beholder”, this year beauty is in the hands of the card holder.

At Pucci Salon beauty is important to us, and we want to make sure you’re looking your best this holiday season. So if you come in this Saturday between noon and 6pm and use your AMEX, not only will you receive a $25 statement credit, but we will also give you 25% off any service (select stylists only).

Put yourself first this year and come in for a pampering session that will leave you glowing! Book your appointment today!

Get Your Curls Under Control

I am one of those people who has wavy hair, you know the kind that teeters on the fence between straight and full on curly. It just can’t make up its mind about which way it wants to go, so it just sits in the middle, making life difficult. Up until now my hair’s indecisiveness has been a pain, it would take me an hour to try to straighten it and no hair products were ever able to give me curls that looked cute, let alone normal.  So as retaliation I had vanquished it into a forever ponytail.

Luckily I stumbled upon some awesome Bumble and Bumble products that made my hair and I quite the happy couple. Here’s the process I used to achieve optimum curliness:
First I washed my hair with Bumble and Bumble’s Curl Conscious Smoothing Shampoo. Then I followed up with Bumble and Bumble’s Curl Conscious Smoothing Conditioner. I was amazed that the shampoo and conditioner alone were able to help my curls take shape right out of the shower!

While blow-drying my hair I used Bumble and Bumble’s Curl Conscious Defining Crème to keep my curls from drooping and added some of Bumble and Bumble’s Surf Spray to give my hair that added “fresh off the beach” look.

Later that evening I sprayed some of Bumble and Bumble’s Curl Conscious Reactivating Mist into my golden locks for a quick touchup and I was good to go for the entire night!

Curls are totally in and I’m looking smoking while my hair is grateful to be out of its ponytail prison.
Pucci Salon carries a full line of Bumble and Bumble products, so whether your hair is wavy like mine, straight as a board, or curly as a poodle, come on down and we’ll give you advice on the best products to use and show you the path to hair heaven.

“Celebrating Today’s Beauty Professionals, Inspiring Tomorrow’s”

This year Pucci had the pleasure of attending and participating in the Beauty Changes Lives event at the Orpheum Theatre.  The event brought together some of today’s most celebrated beauty professionals, including Richard Dalton and Jan Arnold. Amidst the glamor and energy, beauty school students got a glimpse of what innovations the future holds for those in the beauty industry.

We laughed, we cried, but most of all we were honored to be a part of such an amazing industry. Take a look at the night we surely won’t forget…
